Yes, upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation containing an order number for reference along with details regarding the shipping fees and taxes associated with your purchase. Orders are processed in 2 - 3 business days.
If you’d like to make a change or cancel your order, please email us directly at hello@en-place.co. We will do our best to accommodate your request but can not change orders that have already been dispatched.
Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive an email notification informing you of an estimated delivery date and tracking details.
We currently ship domestically in the United States as well as internationally in the EU for many products. We are happy to accommodate requests outside of these locations. If you’d like to ship elsewhere please email us at hello@en-place.co to arrange for an international shipment. Please note we are currently unable to ship to a P.O Box or to a military address.
Your purchase will be shipped either directly from the supplier or from our warehouse, therefore shipping costs and times may vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Please note, delivery costs do not include taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Once your order arrives in customs, the carrier will contact you directly for payment.

If you are not happy with your product or simply changed your mind, you are eligible to receive a full refund for items purchased at full price and returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. To return an item please login to your En Place account and fill out the return request form. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at hello@en-place.co. Please provide details of the damage and include photos of the item(s). Upon review we will contact you with information on how to return the item(s) for reimbursement or credit towards a future purchase.
For your return to be received and processed please allow 2-3 weeks. It may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
